Project Definition
- 700 m2 building of historical and heritage interest dating back to 1949.
- Rehabilitation and energy efficiency upgrade of the old Rialto cinema to convert it into a Theater – Auditorium, with a capacity for 400 people.
- Restoration of the exposed brick facades, complete replacement of the roof, and preservation of historical elements, full facilities, and stage machinery. New buildings for access, services, and artists’ dressing rooms.
- Landscaping of outdoor areas, urbanization, and green spaces.
