Comprehensive installation and maintenance solutions for the tertiary sector

Quality, reliability, efficiency, and professionalism form the core philosophy we have worked by for over 60 years. The tertiary sector demands solutions that are not only technically robust but also enhance the experience of users and clients.

At Tomás Gracia Industrial, we develop specialized installations across all fields in which the group operates: building construction, hotels, urbanization, and industrial civil works. Furthermore, we offer a comprehensive maintenance service that covers regulatory, preventive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring that all systems operate at peak performance while minimizing downtime.

Comprehensive maintenance service covering regulatory, preventive, and corrective maintenance

Installations for the Tertiary Sector

Electricity (HV-LV)

  • Supply lines

Execution and maintenance of outdoor distribution networks, service connections, and indoor branch circuits.

  • Critical equipment

Transformer and metering substations (both civil works and prefabricated). Installation of power and electrical control panels, grounding networks, UPS systems, generator sets, and lightning protection systems.

  • Smart management and support

Execution and maintenance of building control systems via facility management platforms.

HVAC and Thermal Comfort

  • Air conditioning systems

Installation and maintenance of chillers with fan coils/air handling units, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRV/VRF), and compact rooftop units.

  • Distribution and efficiency

Duct networks (fiberglass or sheet metal) and heat recovery units to optimize energy consumption. Split and Multi-split units in all versions (wall, floor-ceiling, and ducted).

  • Heating and DHW

Systems based on boilers, radiators, or underfloor heating (using copper, multilayer, or thermoplastic materials like PEX/PP-R).

  • Renewable energy and control

Integration of solar thermal panels. Centralized management via BMS and SCADA systems.

Plumbing and Technical Sanitation

  • Water supply

Piping for potable water and execution of service connections using high-durability materials (PVC, PE, cast iron).

  • Wastewater evacuation

Drainage networks for rainwater and wastewater, including soundproofed solutions and specialized materials.

  • DHW networks and treatment

Distribution of cold water and domestic hot water. Implementation of treatment, chlorination, and pH regulation systems.

Fire Protection Systems (FPS)

  • Detection and alerting

Advanced smoke and fire detection systems.

  • Extinguishing equipment

Installation of fire hose cabinets, hydrants, dry risers, and manual fire extinguishers.

  • Automatic systems

Automatic fire suppression and specific fire pump sets.

Telecommunications, Security, and IT Support

  • Electronic security

IP video surveillance and CCTV systems, access control, time & attendance tracking, and voice evacuation systems.

  • Connectivity and networks

Structured cabling infrastructure (copper and fiber optics), passive optical networks (PON), and installation certification (CAT 6, CAT 7, single-mode/multi-mode fiber).

  • Voice systems

Physical and virtual switchboards (VoIP), DECT solutions, and data convergence.

  • IT support

Server management, virtualization, network configuration (VPN, DNS, DHCP), and perimeter IT security.

Maintenance Management and Legalization

  • Maintenance plans

Execution of preventive, corrective, and proactive programs to ensure the total operational readiness of facilities.

  • Engineering and regulations

Processing of technical projects, official certificates, and legalization of all infrastructure (electricity, HVAC, transformer substations, etc.) before the competent official bodies.
