Since Tomás Gracia was founded in Sitges sixty years ago, many things have happened, mostly positive. We have transformed the company into a diversified group with a national presence in sectors we know well, where we love to operate, and where—with humility and hard work—we continue to learn and integrate the best global practices. We have grown, and our challenges are different now. However, working toward complete client satisfaction, the excitement of successfully completing every new project, and the desire to improve daily remain the key elements that have always defined us as a business enterprise.

Our history

Construcciones Tomás Gracia was born as a result of the effort and determination of Tomás Gracia Teller, a bricklayer by trade, who founded the company in Sitges in 1964 based on values such as hard work, perseverance, and responsibility. These values remain fully present today in our company’s DNA, which continues to be deeply rooted in the Garraf region.

Daniel Gracia took over the continuity of the project in its second generation as both a corporate responsibility and a personal commitment to the inherited values: to deliver, to be accountable, and never to give up. These principles have been tested over time, reinforcing the integrity that is now part of the company’s identity.

Today, strengthened and diversified after decades of growth, Grupo Tomás Gracia projects the trust built over generations and continues to move forward with the same essence with which it was born—constructing not only buildings, civil engineering projects, and top-tier hotels, but also lasting relationships based on respect, quality, and commitment.
