Built between 1910 and 1918 by the artist and engineer Miquel Utrillo, the building was commissioned by the American magnate, collector, and philanthropist Charles Deering. It currently houses art spanning from the 10th to the 20th century.

Comprehensive rehabilitation
Comprehensive rehabilitation of the building, interior and exterior, including improvements in thermal, lighting, and acoustic facilities. Likewise, restoration work was carried out (wooden beams, moldings, tiles, doors, railings, stained glass windows…).
