We are currently looking for a Technical Office Manager to join our team located in Sitges. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical planning, supervision, and coordination of construction projects, ensuring proper execution from both a technical and economic perspective.
What will your main duties be?
- Technical study and analysis of construction projects.
- Preparation of budgets, measurements, and comparisons.
- Construction planning and deadline monitoring.
- Coordination with site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Review of technical documentation (blueprints, reports, specifications).
- Cost control and resource optimization.
- Management of public and private tenders (where applicable).
- Supervision of compliance with current regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Structural).
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role within the construction sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, Excel, and planning software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Knowledge of cost control and construction planning.
- Strong organizational skills, leadership, and teamwork.
- Experience in tenders and public procurement is a plus.
