We are a construction company with over 60 years of experience in the industry. We are currently looking for a Technical Architect – Quality Control with solid on-site construction experience and knowledge of ISO management systems to join our team in Sitges.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Construction Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in quality control, production management, or site management roles.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and management systems.
What will your main duties be?
- On-site Quality Control: Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- ISO Management System: Maintain, implement, and ensure compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management System across assigned projects.
- Quality Control Plans: Prepare, implement, and monitor Quality Control Plans, carrying out inspections throughout the construction process.
- Supplier and Material Management: Verify the receipt of construction materials on site and technically evaluate subcontractors.
- Audits and Documentation: Prepare for and support internal and external audits, as well as manage all documentation required for project completion and handover.
