Given the high temperatures we are experiencing, we have activated our Heat Response Protocol, implementing and reinforcing preventative measures to minimize the risks associated with heat exposure during the workday.

Among the actions we are taking are:

  • Providing drinking water at all construction sites to ensure proper hydration.
  • Providing sunscreen to protect our workers from solar radiation.
  • Scheduling regular breaks to promote rest and hydration.
  • Implementing heatstroke prevention bracelets, a device that monitors body and ambient temperature and emits visual, audible, and vibration alerts when it detects risky conditions, allowing for proactive measures.

Prevention is not just about complying with regulations, but about anticipating risks and providing our professionals with the necessary resources to perform their work with the highest safety standards. Because caring for people is the first step to building safely.
